Short stays (less than a month)

Email reception if you are expecting a visitor, so that they can be registered on the system. When they arrive they first need to go to the main security reception, and then you need to meet them at the EBI reception (you'll get an email when they're on their way).

If they are likely to be here for a week or more, you will also want to ask for them to get a contractor badge so they can move around by themselves. Remember to hand it back at the end of the week
